Itineraries

We will build a custom itinerary just for you – you can call or can text us about wineries we visit, and we will work with your preferences. When you decide to book with us we usually send itineraries by email or text 5 days or less from booking.

We don’t have itineraries on our web site as you most likely won’t know the names of the great small wineries that I love to introduce my clients to. Our wineries are often private and closed to the public. They trust me to bring the right clients to their winery.

What if you want to choose the wineries? I usually recommend doing a balance between my choices and yours until you trust my guidance.

How much notice do you need to take a wine tour? If I’m not already out on a tour I can usually get to you in one hour. If I am already doing a wine tour myself I can find a driver for you in less than 15 minutes. Wine tour drivers network and send each other business.

We don’t believe in contracts. We do believe in trust and integrity.

When you book with us we trust you to not cancel the day of. We don’t even charge you if you do cancel as we don’t take your card beforehand. No deposits are needed either.

Gratuity is optional.

Most wine tour companies have a built in gratuity. Most people will tip on top of that built-in gratuity. This is why we find that practice deceptive. Tips are very much appreciated.

When you book with us. We send an e-mail or text with your itinerary. We confirm your pick up time and location the day before, usually by text. If you haven’t heard from me please contact me the day before your tour. A lot of our clients will contact us too for their own peace of mind.

Switching drivers.

90% of the time I’m the driver you will get. I do not have any drivers who are my employees. If I do need to work with a different driver, you will be notified 48 hours before, and your itinerary will be the one I planned for you.
The itinerary will be the same. The price will be the same.
