Napa Valley Boutique Wine Tours is in our 8th year in business and I have more reviews ( I think) than any other one person wine tour operator. With the inflation concerns, the only reason to pay more for a wine tour is you didn’t know about me or I was booked.
Hourly wine tour fees are often $800 to $1200 a day for 7 people or less. . My math tells me $600 is less, but I wasn’t the best at math.
The great thing about my price is you aren’t sacrificing quality. Even the most respected wine tour companies call me when they get a client who wants a more challenging itinerary.
Most people think of a wine tour company so they don’t get a DUI. We make your day better and easier. I’ll try to say this nicely; but I’m from New Jersey originally and we don’t sugarcoat the truth: most peoples itineraries are basic.
Popular wineries are fine if that’s all you know; but the ones who hire me have higher expectations. My philosophy hasn’t changed. I will take you to small hidden wineries you would not find on your own. Nor would most wine tour drivers! I don’t wear a suit because my winery knowledge is that good.

Wine tours are from 9:40 to 5-ish p.m. They typically include a tasting fee, but not always.
A day usually consists of 3 wineries and lunch at the winery. The 2nd winery is usually where we have lunch. Lunch is not included in the price. I buy sandwiches and am reimbursed at the end of the tour. I recommend some nicer restaurants for my clients to go to for dinner. I get a nice lunch; but it’s mainly so you don’t get sick, and you have to eat!. Water is provided a every stop. I offer waer so you stay hydrated and you don’t get sick.
Tasting fees are not inclued in the price. There’s no payment to me except at drop off.
Tips are not included, and you only tip if you really feel like I earned it. They are not mandatory like every other wine tour company. There is no tcp fee, which is a bs charge.
It’s recommended that you take the ferry to Sausalito, Larkspur, or Vallejo. I can pick you up in San Francisco, but that will add $200 to your fee.
